How long will it take to process my order?

Processing time is currently 7-14 business days for all orders. Pre-orders unless stated otherwise can take up to 21 business days. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your item, ie. it arrives damaged, please email us at shopheartsofpalm@gmail.com

What are the care instructions for my earrings? 

Polymer clay earrings are very durable however they need to be handled with care to ensure longevity. Avoid bending your earrings. Earrings should be stored properly to avoid damage. Keep earrings stored in a safe place and away from water. For earrings sealed with resin, do not store in sunlight.

How do I clean my earrings?

To remove makeup or dirt, clean earrings with rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip.
